Koala Rescue
Australia’s signature animal is in trouble. As cities expand, koalas are being crowded into smaller patches of habitat and threatened by disease, dog attacks, and car strikes. A network of volunteer groups and wildlife hospitals works to save them, but without protection for their habitat, the future is grim.
Two koala joeys cling to each other, waiting to be placed with human caregivers. once they're old enough, they'll be released into the wild.
