Happy New Year!

As 2016 draws to a close we would like to take this opportunity to not only celebrate the Photo Ark’s first decade, but also share our deepest thanks to everyone for supporting us along the way.

We started in 2006 with an unlikely first species: a naked mole rat at the Lincoln Children’s Zoo. And last summer we passed the 6,000-species mark with a proboscis monkey at the Singapore Zoo. Thanks to you, we’re now halfway to our goal of 12,000 animal ambassadors.

In the new year, we promise to continue being a voice for the voiceless, of all creatures great and small.

We wish you all a happy and healthy 2017.
