A bandtail searobin (Prionotus ophryas) at the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas. This is part of the Audubon Nature Institute. This species has fin rays that are modified from the front of the pectoral fins, enabling the animal to walk and probe for food in the sand on the ocean floor.
